Through movement, whether dancing or yoga postures and conscious breathing, we free ourselves, bringing vitality, harmony and balance to both our body and our mind. Through Yoga and Biodanza we break limiting patterns of behaviour and improve in all aspects of our life. We awaken our most human side and connect with our spiritual part.
Yoga has transformed my life, dance is my vocation, together they are a lifestyle, a code of ethics and an endless path of learning, transformation and growth. And I feel deeply grateful to be able to share it with everyone who is interested.
