Courses are held in Vinalux Resort - more than an accommodation, we are a retreat to take care of body, mind and spirit, where inner beauty is as important as the exterior, a peaceful space to feel better and disconnect from the noise and agitation.

Sparta

Surrounded by towering mountain ranges, olive farms and orange trees, Sparta sits right next to the renowned ancient heritage site of Mystras. The energy of the past is still felt in this authentic Greek city, where great food, kind people and endless hikes are just on your door step.

Courses are held at the Spartan Yoga Shala (please check 'spartanyogashala' or follow these links to search on Facebook & Instagram for more details of the shala). Students are accommodated at the Yoga Shala (dormitory), airbnbs or hotels in central Sparta. Taught in English.

Vathi

Vathi, 🇬🇷 Greece

Mikro Xorio - “Little Village” is a complex of studio apartments built in an area of 25.000 sq meters full of trees and flowers right by the sea. It is a newly built (2008) complex, which pioneers ecological materials, aesthetic internal decoration and spaciousness.

The suites are either two-room or one-room apartments. All of them offer A/C, refrigerator, fully-equipped kitchen, TV. The two-room apartments offer also fireplace and heating for those who choose winter vacation.

The external surrounding of the Little Village is situated along the golden sands of Vathy beach. The residents have free use of the deck chairs and bicycles offered by Moikro Xorio. Vathy is one of the most beautiful beaches in the region.
